Me and my husband say believe this is,the best store in Laramie!! Amazing staff who know their stuff (or will be honest and ask another who does!) and always new stuff! We walk in with our conure and they get as excited to see her as we are to have somewhere she is welcomed! We go to shop and just to go!! Pic our Wiillow!

We went in to get some fish for my 5 year old, who was gifted a tank. I didn’t get the name of the person who helped us, (I believe they had purple-ish hair?) but they were so excellent! They helped us pick out the perfect fish for us, they answered all our questions, and were so patient with my son taking a bit of time to choose. They truly went above and beyond to help us!!

They were wonderful with Zeke and Beau. When we first got Zeke it was so cold, during that cold snap in Jan., and they were the only ones that had sweaters for him! And free nail trimmings has been a lifesaver! Zeke turns in to a possessed psyco when my husband and I try to do his nails. And Beau he has several black ones that just make me nervous. And well neither of them will tolerate the dremel that I got. I love you guys so much thank you!!! Oh and I just love their "shop mascots" roaming around. If you don't get greeted at the door by one of their sweet pups your sure to find a cat just laying somewhere waiting for free pets. I LOVE IT!!! (But my cat doesn't lol oh well. ) And yes we will keep coming back for what ever we may need!

We love the staff at Windy City and they are always so helpful getting us what we need for our pack of pups at home and our facility! Recently we switched over to Nutrisource Dog Food for our large crew of gentle giants and the staff were amazing with helping get us lined out and lots of kibble loaded! Beyond happy with the product and compassion from our animal lovers at Windy City!

A great local and independent pet store. The staff is really nice. You can have an account with a balance that makes getting our weekly bugs super easy.

Really nice folks. I normally would not buy an exotic pet at a pet store, but this is a family owned place with people who love animals. My hedgehog is healthy and socialized, a real sweet little hog, and of course I will be back for mealworms often. Also love the shop kitties! Update: my hedgehog is almost three and happy and healthy! Still get great service with her wormies.

I cannot stress enough how much I love this store! Firstly, I got my beta fish and my gerbils from here and the animals were extremely healthy when I got them. I also got all of my supplies from them! (I added some photos below). I have gotten to know a lot of the people who work there, and it is clear to me that they all care so much about the animals they care for. On top of being friendly and caring, the staff also know so much about each type of animal that they sell. The staff also bring some of their own animals into the store to greet customers! Their own pets are very friendly and will make you smile on spot. Especially little Bodhi, who is the absolute sweetest. If you are ever in the store and you see a grey and black poodle-mix, definitely say hi to him! I have never had a bad experience. Some people may say that the store is a little “claustrophobic”, but I see nothing more than a charming mom-and-pop shop dedicated to the health and well-being of their animals. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for their next forever friend. :)

She is an incredibly friendly and helpful pet shop owner who truly loves animals. Her pets are not only healthy but also very well-trained and super friendly. You can feel the care and dedication she puts into every pet. Visiting her shop always feels welcoming and positive.

Some of the sweetest, most amazing people you'll ever meet! They have taken time with us every time we've come in to help us learn how to build wonderful lives for our pets. They truly care and go above and beyond. We are so grateful to have them!
